It is difficult to describe the enormity of the impact that using Coby’s disc has made on my life.When I started to use it I was not suffering from a major illness, nor did I have huge physical disabilities, I was a normal person coping with the ups and downs of everyday life.
I have found that the disc helps me with all my day to day activities. If I can’t sleep I run through the insomnia section in the second book and the sleeplessness goes away. If I feel as if I am getting a cold I run through the cold and flu section and the cold never materialises. If I feel unhappy I use one of the early lessons in the first book and push the happy button. It always makes me feel better.
I don’t believe that we have to understand exactly how this wonderful tool works in order to benefit from it and I would recommend the Empower Disc to anyone who wants to take control of their life and live a healthier, happier existence.
