How fast can I say the commands out loud?
☺ Speak the commands out loud, slowly and clearly, as if you are leaving a message on an answering service.

Do I have to give the commands out loud?
☺ It is not absolutely necessary to give the commands out loud, you can say them to yourself, but through our experience we have found that speaking the commands out loud works best for most people.

Must I always hold my Em-Power Disc when I give a command? 
☺ Yes! The subconscious mind interprets the experience of using the Em-Power Disc and can learn how to connect you to your Higher Self on certain levels over a period of time. However, this connection is only an ‘interpretation’ of the information the subconscious perceives it is experiencing during the powering up and communication process with the Higher Self. Therefore, the information within the subconscious mind that can allow us to make a connection to the Higher Self is not always clear and precise. We need to use the Em-Power Disc to keep our connection to the Higher Self pure and clear all the time. Another problem with not using your Disc during this process is that you are ‘inviting’ your subconscious mind to interfere and manipulate your connection and the communication coming from the Higher Self.  

How often do I need to Power Up my system and when do I Power Up?
☺ If you are moving immediately from one program or set of commands to another, then you don’t have to Power Up again. You can power up your system at any time during the day or night and as often as you like.

If I have a negative thought while I am using the Disc, can it trigger something harmful?
☺ In normal everyday life everybody has uncontrollable, sometimes irrational and negative thoughts. These thoughts, if constantly repeated within the mind, can eventually cause negative physical and emotional symptoms within you. Using the Em-Power Disc and Therapy stops these negative thoughts from having a detrimental effect on an individual.
