Overcoming A Phobia

My personal definition of a Phobia is; any repetitive action or behaviour that is having a negative impact on your life! The Wikipedia definition is; “fear” or “morbid fear” is an irrational, intense and persistent fear of certain situations, activities, things, animals, or people.
The words “irrational fear” are often used when it comes to phobias, that’s because our conscious mind cannot find a reasonable explanation for our negative emotional state. When there’s a conflict between what we feel and the way we think we should feel, it creates a sense of fear. It’s as if there are two sets of beliefs at play: one telling us we shouldn’t be afraid and the other saying we should.

Why do we develop Phobias?
Obviously on some level, perhaps subconscious, a person with a phobia has a belief that he or she should be afraid, and that belief is so strong that it overrides their conscious logical thought processes. Because we are talking about the subconscious, Hypnotherapy can be quite effective when dealing with some types of phobias; however some people suffer from multiple phobias that affect every aspect of their lives. The great thing about using your Higher Self to help you resolve phobias is that it allows you to deal with multiple phobias and their underlying causes very quickly.
Every unconscious and/or conscious belief responsible for a phobia is the result of the way we were thinking at the time of the experience. This just means that something bad happened, and as a result it has left you with a new belief that is triggering negative feelings and making you adjust your behaviour in an unwanted way!
How do you resolve a Phobia?
To resolve a phobia using your Higher Self, all you need to do is tell your Higher Self to: analyse every single experience in your life that has created a belief that is having a negative impact and adjust your perception of each experience so that it changes the belief and creates a new belief and a new way of thinking that triggers positively beneficial behaviours, thought processes and feelings.
If a person is connected and communicating with their Higher Self, this instruction will have a virtually instantaneous result and make you feel so much better! As you can see, it’s not a positive affirmation, it is a precise set of instructions. Our technology allows a person to communicate with their Higher Self so that a clear instruction like this will have a profound effect on the way you feel.
Summary
A phobia is a bit like a computer with bad programming - when you want it to do one thing it does another instead. It’s not the computer that’s faulty, just its programming! Change the programming and your computer will work perfectly. Using our technology you can communicate with your Higher Self and change your programming so you feel better FAST!
