By using the Empower System/Technology you are accepting the following:

Your participation in the Empower Process is on a completely individual and voluntary basis, and all processes are self-initiated and the responsibility of the individual user.
The information provided to you including the information contained on our website is private and confidential and subject to international copyright law.
By accessing any material regarding the Empower System, the Empower Research Project or the Empower Disc, you are entering into a personal agreement not to use the information provided for any other purpose other than for your personal development, and all materials remain the property of Zvikler Healing Research (ZHR) and are on indefinite loan to you as a member of the Em-Power Research Project.
No materials can be given or sold to a third party without the written permission from ZHR.
If you decide to stop the practice of the Empower System you should return any materials provided to you to ZHR or its affiliates.
The company ZHR and/or any of its affiliates worldwide is not making any claims about the effectiveness of any of our products or services.
You are responsible for your own health and well-being and you should seek proper medical advice regarding any symptoms.
As a member of the Empower Research Project you will be asked to complete a voluntary confidential aftercare questionnaire – if you wish to allow us to use your comments you must indicate your desire by ticking the relevant box.
Unless you are a fully qualified Empower Practitioner, you must not improvise when using the system on others.
You must explain these terms and conditions to anyone who tries the system, and they must accept and be aware of these terms of use.
The system is periodically updated based on the feed back we receive, and should you wish to receive hard copies of books, CDs, DVDs, these are not provided free of charge by ZHR.
You are responsible for your Empower Disc and or any other device and any materials – if you lose the disc or any accompanying materials, ZHR will NOT provided replacements free of charge.
